Robert Half Service Delivery Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves a combination of scheduling, coordination, and technical understanding within the telecom industry. You will manage internal projects, coordinate with customers, understand work orders, and supervise technical implementations from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule work happening in the field, ensuring customer understanding and engagement

• Manage the technical side of implementations, including understanding hardware and system requirements

• Handle work orders that come to the team, ensuring a clear understanding of ticketing systems

• Manage internal projects related to scheduling and implementing work

• Coordinate internal engineers with field technicians, supervising the technical work from start to finish

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery management

• Utilize CRM and help desk software to manage customer interactions and service delivery

• Work with various technologies including basic store technology, firewalls, switches, and POS systems

• Manage the delivery of work with customers, drawing on experience from a service delivery background

• Supervise field service technicians and manage field service operations. Requirements • Proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager role.

• Strong understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices.

• Technical proficiency in Fortinet Firewalls, Network Switches and Router Switches.

• Familiarity with POS - Point of Sale systems.

• Experience with CRM - Customer Relationship Manager software.

• Proficiency in using Ticketing System and managing Service Desk Tickets, Trouble Tickets, and Support Tickets.

• Knowledge of MSP430 is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in Service Delivery and Service Delivery Management.

• Experience in Field Service Management and managing Field Technicians.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle emergency situations.

• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
