Description We are in the construction and contractor industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia, and are currently seeking a Systems Engineer. This role focuses on managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of industry experience, and a strong understanding of server hardware, virtualization technologies, networking, and storage systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability and efficiency

• Utilize Microsoft SCCM/Intune for endpoint and mobile device & application management

• Set up and configure Autopilot for end user device provisioning

• Implement identity and access management solutions using AD & Azure Active Directory, including conditional access policies and MFA

• Use scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VB, Pearl, etc.) to automate complex system tasks

• Work with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) to optimize infrastructure

• Uphold cybersecurity best practices and principles to protect our systems and data

• Resolve complex technical issues with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to report on system status and improvements

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders while managing IT systems across multiple divisions and locations. Requirements • Possesses a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Systems Engineering, preferably within the Construction/Contractor industry

• Holds a deep understanding of Cisco Technologies and Citrix Technologies

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge in Database management and Dell Technologies

• Has experience with EO/IR systems and is proficient in AB Testing

• Shows proficiency in Active Directory and Backup Technologies

• Possesses strong skills in Computer Hardware management and Configuration Management

• Has experience in using Intune for device management and application deployment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
