The Good Eating Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Area Support to spearhead special projects, lead best in class hospitality innovations, coordinate site mobilizations and showcase organization and project management skills for an industry leading tech client.

From farm-to-table cafes, barista coffee bars, stocked micro kitchens, and high-end catering, our client is focused on delivering amazing food experiences that fuel their employees and create a premier workspace. In this hands-on position as the Senior Manager, Area Support you will be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of implementing projects and programs to support and expand the food program.

This position will be responsible for designing processes, developing timetables, managing project milestones and partnering with key stakeholders and on-site teams. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, proven project management experience and an understanding of business operations in the hospitality food space.

This is a remote position with travel. Ideally the candidate will be based out of the greater Atlanta GA, Dallas or Austin, TX area. This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominantly M-F schedule. Paid vacation, Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K

The successful candidate will:

  • Have strong food and beverage experience

  • Robust understanding of data and ability to drive insights and actions from the information collected

  • Be able to manage a P&L with extensive experience in budget management

  • Place a high priority on managing relationships with staff and key stakeholders at multiple high-profile locations

  • Specify and coordinate the implementation of medium to large sized projects in direct support of the client programs and initiatives

  • Effectively communicates project progress, issues, and financial status to management as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in operations
