Position Purpose:

Over the next few years, we will be migrating all our financial systems to S/4HANA. With over $100 billion in annual sales, 400,000 associates and 2,200 stores, this will be one of the largest tech finance transformations. The initiative is powered by the latest SAP Activate methodology blended with an agile realization and support phase. As a member of the team, you will leverage SAP technologies and collaborate with a group of industry experts to advance this company-wide transformation.

The Staff Software Engineer is responsible for developing and consistently redesigning/refactoring a product to adapt to our customers and associate's needs. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead and be part of a dynamic team with engineers of all experience levels who help each other build and grow technical and leadership skills while creating, deploying, and supporting production applications. In addition, Staff Software engineer will be involved in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring as well as mentoring less experienced engineers.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
