The successful candidate will serve as a deal coordinator and analyst, working closely with teams such as legal, sales, customer success, professional services, and information security. The role will blend sales operations, deal management, project coordination, and administrative support to ensure deals progress smoothly from initial quoting and order generation to final contract execution. Additionally, the right candidate will maintain operational efficiency and provide analytical insights throughout the process. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Management, or a related role. The company offers a great work environment. Sales Operations Specialist Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $35/hr • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL 60604 30318 - Hybrid) • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment Sales Operations Specialist Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary liaison and coordinator between cross-functional teams to ensure effective deal progression and resolution of any issues or concerns. • Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and align proposed deals with business objectives and pricing strategies. • Coordinate with legal operations and contracting teams to manage contract review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Work alongside information security teams to address any data privacy or security concerns raised during the deal negotiation process. • Partner with professional services teams to scope project requirements, track statements of work status, and ensure accurate pricing for SaaS subscriptions and integrations. • Act as a central point of contact for all deal-related inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with overall business objectives. • Maintain documentation of Deal Status, potential risk, critical milestones providing regular communication with all stakeholders and update as needed. • Assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities, including quoting and generating Order Forms. Sales Operations Specialist Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Management, or a related role. • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales, or Finance. • Understanding of legal and contract management. • Attention to detail, especially when reviewing contracts, pricing proposals, and project scopes. Ensure accuracy and completeness to minimize errors and mitigate risks. • Comfortable partnering and engaging with cross functional teams to ensure optimal deal support for Sales. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Have the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact on deal progression, and alignment with business objectives. Focus on high-priority tasks while delegating or scheduling less urgent tasks accordingly. • Effective communication skills.
