• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store anddigital selling with effectiveuse ofselling tools (inclusive oftextandsocial media)
• Build lasting relationships withcustomers?
• Give the best service to our customers on theirterms
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style andfit
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build yourexpertise
• Work with the team to keep the departmentcustomerready, which meansfilling orders,stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and lightcleaning
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards programaccounts
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on businessneeds
• This role may requireyouto be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hiredinto?
