Telular Corporation Regional Sales Representative - Southeast - 1202034300 in Atlanta, Georgia

The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic inside and outside sales activity. This includes prospecting for new accounts, developing consultative relationship with clients, and managing ongoing account and territory activity.

Responsibilities Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales targets Develop leads and prospects within a defined vertical, securing new business through a combination of outbound telephone calls, online communications and in-person visits Effectively present and demonstrate our full suite of products and services to new prospects and existing clients Maintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business Build relationships with customers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Manage a travel expense budget according to company guidelines Travel to tradeshow events and customer sites Communicate effectively with management regarding business opportunity progress Achieve an annual sales quota and provide reasonably accurate sales forecasts to management Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years regional sales experience Experience with CRM systems such as salesforce.com Experience conducting sales webinars for prospective customers Proven success in developing new business while managing and growing existing client sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven negotiation and presentation skills Valid driver's license with good driving record Must be willing to travel (approximately 30%) Background in the telecommunications and M2M/Telematics industries are a plus Background in the Security Industry a plus
