Quals-- IT Project Manager

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated IT Project Manager who has experience with Agile based project delivery to join our team, help deliver the multiple projects within a large program to deliver the features to meet business need and drive business growth.

Main responsibilities: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project teams, implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organization goals. Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed. Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers. Strategize, implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to project objectives. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and leaders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Coordinate with project (various domain) teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors. Conduct project evaluations and assessments, analyzing results and identifying areas of improvements.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree business or related field or related professional experience Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management Self-starter, willing to go further to follow the process and drive the progress to meet internal customers need. Familiar with agile management tools (any tool will work but prefer Agility/Version1) Results oriented and able to drive issue resolution. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Must be self-motivated and able to function effectively working independently or in a team. Proven track record with relationship management, team building and motivational skills. Detail oriented, organized, and proactive. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Working knowledge of technology projects Working knowledge of Agile Preferred Qualifications Ability to travel domestically as needed. PMP and/or PMI-ACP (or any Agile certifications is preferred).
