**Your Impact at Lowe Engineers:


  • Supports the activities of the Project Manager and Principals to ensure the accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application.
  • Establish projects within the project management accounting system including data entry of project budgets, contract amounts, change orders, billing information, etc.
  • Process monthly earned revenue based on estimates-to-complete provided by P.M.s.
  • Responds to Controller as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate their financial needs.
  • Will prepare reports required by regulatory agencies. May arrange for audits of company accounts.
  • Will communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Will conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Prepare Annual budget based on revenue and expense projections provided by the P.M.s.
  • Maintain files of executed contracts, including executed subcontractors with consultants.
  • Maintain backlog report on a monthly basis.
  • Review and maintain monthly WIP report.
  • Self-initiated project reconciliation on an as needed basis using the tools of GAAP, WIPand A/R.

*What You Bring to Lowe Engineers: *

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Financial, or Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

3-5 years minimum working in a design firm environment (ie. Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design).

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

Proven multi-tasking experience.

Exceptional communication skills.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
