PR & Organic Social Media Support Contractor

30hrs a week / Hybrid Schedule in Sandy Springs

3 month Contract with potential to extend

About the Role

As a PR and organic social admin support contractor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PR team across multiple brands. Your primary responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, managing the brands’ newsrooms, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of PR campaigns and organic social workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, budgeting, and report generation.

• Assist with press material preparation and distribution.

• Oversee the management and upkeep of brand newsrooms, collaborating on content creation and publishing.

• Support PR campaign execution by coordinating logistics, tracking timelines, and managing documentation.

• Ensure seamless communication and project execution with external partners and vendors.

• Foster collaboration across internal teams and agencies to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the brand's team, including scheduling meetings, opening purchase orders, supporting invoice processing and tracking, preparing reports and more.

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of PR materials to internal partners and external agencies.

• Monitor blog analytics and provide regular reports on performance, suggesting improvements as needed.

  Requirements

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or a related field (minimum requirement).

• At least 4 years of experience in communications, PR, organic social media, or marketing (agency experience a plus).

• Stellar organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong understanding of PR, organic social media, and marketing best practices.

• A proactive problem-solving attitude.
