Title: Partner Manager - Restaurant Partnership Program

Location: Atlanta GA

The Partner Manager - Restaurant Partnerships is responsible for managing the key business relationships with restaurants and identifying opportunities for direct sales, co-sell, resell, or referral partnerships. You will be focused on aligning 3rd Party Partnerships with our go-to-market product strategy.

Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director of Partnerships, you'll work with internal teams to support partnership and product goals. Your role involves understanding product strategy to scope and execute partnerships effectively. You will also collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and legal. The role also includes supporting the Migration Strategy, enabling customer partners to integrate with the NCR Voyix platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive partnerships to align with business and product strategy.

  • Be an advocate for internal and external teams.

  • Build relationships with emerging and established companies.

  • Negotiate partnership terms, including commercials and implementation considerations.

  • Coordinate internal resources to meet partner performance goals and expectations.

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and discover growth opportunities with internal teams, like product.

  • Provide insight on partner strategy across channels like co-sell, resell, cross-sell, or referral programs.

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to assess partnership performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Support efforts to optimize technology integrations with key partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field and/or equivalent experience.

  • 4-6 years of experience in partnerships or partner relations, preferrably in SaaS environment.

  • Strong relationship building skills, business judgement, and strategic thinking.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility and trust with partners and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales and process-oriented approach

  • Background in hospitality is a plus.

    Travel throughout the U.S. is required and is expected to be up to 15% for customer and partner visits, conference, and training. Participation in GHQ workshops, corporate events, customer meetings, and more is expected from time to time.
