Offering Manager for Intelligrated Systems, LLC (Alpharetta, GA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for developing and optimizing an offering portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive and market intelligence, and executing that strategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organic growth, and financial return of the product portfolio across the product lifecycle.

Work closely with cross-functional departments, such as engineering/R&D, manufacturing/sourcing or software development, internal sales and field sales, marketing, as well as Honeywell senior executives to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.

Support the Sr Director Offering Management in successfully managing Intelligrated’s Momentum Software Suite.

Actively manage a complex portfolio of Momentum Machine Control software and drive transformation initiatives cross functionally.

Demonstrated advanced skill levels across all of the below competencies and will be expected to coach and manage offering managers performing their primary responsibilities and become more autonomous based on demonstrated skills and abilities.

-Job Site: Alpharetta, GA

-40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Math, Engineering, Marketing, Management, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in warehouse automation software, including Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) software. Must have 4 years of experience with the following skills: experience in Product Management, Marketing, R&D/Engineering and/or in an offering-specific domain, with a track record of demonstrated, recognizable results; developing and launching new product offerings; ability to engage customers for both pre- and post-sales support to drive sales execution; and developing and maintaining product roadmaps that deliver incremental value to the company. Approximately 10% domestic travel (customer visits) w/ occasional international travel as required to visit engineering sites for development. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
