Position Summary:

Implement standardization strategies for the program across all markets with capabilities to modify to meet state contract and business needs.

The program manager is responsible for maintaining the QPT Program and supporting the colleagues on provider engagement strategies, which may involve, but is not limited to:

Organize monthly market leader touchpoints on program elements and metrics monitoring for how the QPT team is performing against program design.

Host a bi-weekly calls with the QPT team for the first 90 days from launch to provide the necessary support to address questions, knowledge sharing/best practice identification.

Facilitate a twice a week drop-in session with the Program Leader to have an open dialogue of program elements and concerns colleagues may have and/or identify opportunities for program refinement. This is an opportunity to ask top of mind questions.

Provide micro trainings on specific section of the program elements with both leaders and colleague to drive clear understanding of the program requirements for each role that supports the program.

Implement change management strategies to manage any resistance to the rollout of the new standardized program.

Requirements:

8+ years of managed care of experience preferably in Quality Management, Operations or Provider Relations experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical Licensure Preferred

CPHQ Preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
