How you’ll make an impact:

The Manager Store Initiatives plays a key part in shaping our retail operations by developing and implementing technology enhancements that enhance the overall in-store experience. This role collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize operational efficiency, and drive growth through innovative store-focused strategies. This role sits in our Buckhead location and manages a team of 3 direct reports.

30% Management for Field Technology

  • Lead and oversee the product management of all associate-facing software and hardware across US and Canada Retail Stores (POS, Omnichannel, Associate Tasking Apps, Handheld Devices & Printers).

  • Deeply understand the field and business needs to align on a prioritized product vision and strategy.

  • Build and execute feature enhancement roadmaps to reduce tasking and drive a better associate experience.

  • Coordinate with IT partners to ensure successful development, testing and launch of features and enhancements.

  • Manage the creation and delivery of training materials and communication plans for features and enhancements.

  • Consistently track and publish KPIs to measure the impact of owned products.

25% Omnichannel Enhancements

  • Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the existing omnichannel program portfolio (e.g., DFS, BOPIS, BOSS, etc.)

  • Partner with store teams in the field to test, train and launch key omnichannel enhancements.

  • Serve as the overall point of contact for omnichannel programs and projects - build cohesive project plans with identifiable critical paths; assess task dependencies, timelines, and deliverables; troubleshoot issues.

25% Field Analytics and Reporting

  • Develop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting to provide retail leaders with clear visibility into retail sales and performance.

  • Develop advanced analytics and visualization tools to optimize omnichannel initiatives for increased sales, reduced costs and a best-in-class customer experience. Example analyses include Cost / Benefit Field Compliance, Revenue $, Gross Margin $ and % Impact, etc.

  • Create analytical products such as Tableau dashboards to answer ongoing business questions.

20% RFID

  • Leadership over the RFID program, with nearly 1000 locations executing weekly scans in store.

  • Product Management over the 3rd party RFID app, influencing product strategy and feature enhancements.

  • Build, align and execute the RFID roadmap ensuring maximum return on investment.

  • Responsible for coordinating with Inventory Control, Supply Chain, AP, and Sourcing to drive accuracy, investigate variances, direct workflow. and optimize the program.

  • In partnership with PDC, manage vendor relationships over tags and hardware.

We’d Love to hear from you if:

Must have:

4+ years of Retail/Business operations or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

  • 2+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering business results.

  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to evaluate business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.

  • Experience with Executive level communications; Ability to synthesize and communicate results clearly and effectively.

  • Experience and passion for hiring, building and developing top talent.

  • The ability to prioritize effectively for self and team while balancing feedback from multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly proficient in developing strong relationships with all levels of the business.

  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues.

  • Experience in developing strategic recommendations with tradeoff, ROI, and other cost-benefit measures.

  • Knowledge and familiarity with the fundamentals of an Omnichannel retail business
