* This position is office based in Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA *

Build and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery framework services for existing and new software applications. The focus is on creating self-service systems, bootstrapping and teaching, while providing traditional production support for the platforms and framework. Configure and implement power platform for use within Truist.  Partner with the Power Platform service owner to create and implement power platform solutions that meet business requirements and integrate into the ecosystem application of our clients.  Will include participating in the implementation of integration strategies, configuring Power Apps applications, Power Automate flows, Power BI, and Power Automate chatbots.  Create build documentation and supporting governance.  Partner with other teams to set retention, protect data, and best practices.  Must know PowerShell and SharePoint. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Configure Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Virtual Agents with in the M365 Truist tenants

  2. Advise on how the Power Platform can be customized to meet our clients’ needs

  3. Build a Power Apps component to meet a business need (small in scale)

  4. Build a Power Automate Flow to automate a business process

  5. Build a Power BI dashboard to provide actionable insights to a client

  6. Develop PowerShell scripts for the team as needed

  7. Tier 3 support for Power Platform Operations

  8. Coordinate the installation and application enhancements and/or releases.

  9. Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.g. test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications.

  10. Expand or modify applications to serve new purposes or improve

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent education and related training

  2. Six years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  4. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team

  5. Ability to direct and train other team associates

  6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
