Job Duties

: The Lead Implementation Consultant position is a post-sales position that is primarily responsible for mentoring and training internal teams on Edifecs products and customer custom components.

Delivering technical training at customer sites as part of the customer's software release and deployment cycle. Creating detailed user and operational documentation to support the deployment of products and services at client sites.

Collaborating with the Edifecs Implementation Architect / Technical Project Manager to formulate the architecture, implementation strategy/schedule and operational plan.

Creating product training to new client specific requirements, development and deployment. Overseeing the implementation of Edifecs products at client sites.

Must be willing to travel as needed - approximately 75%. No international travel. Telecommuting available.

``` - 5 years of experience using software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall, agile-scrum in developing products and IT applications;
