HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

This role is responsible for supporting the pricing team in building sustainable tools to better track competitive pricing, coupons and promotions, and clearance sell through to make better, more informed decisions. The pricing team is aligned within the Retail Planning team and collaborates with teams across the organization.

This role typical reports into the Manager, Pricing Administration and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment (4 days/week in-office)

Pricing Strategy (50%)

  • Develop competitive recapping abilities that are easily compiled/replicable

  • Improve current reporting around various pricing decisions

  • Present insights in department and cross functional meetings

  • Support regular communication to internal partners (planning, allocation, finance, store operations, etc.)

  • Think innovatively and challenge the status quo

Coupon Support (35%)

  • Assist with the creation of new coupons

  • Help develop tracking system for coupons

  • Aid in development of the new coupon management system

Pricing System Updates (10%)

  • Support management of pricing cadence and execution activities

Must have:

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with frequent deadlines

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent organizational skills, keen eye for details, and exceptional level of persistency, follow through, and self-motivation

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships throughout the organization

  • High level of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 strongly preferred)

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor/Master’s degree program at the time of the internship (certificate programs are not eligible)

  • Availability to start on the designated start date in May

  • Availability to work for a minimum of 10 out of the 11 weeks of the defined internship period which runs from May-August
