Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of IT infrastructure services, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Monitor and report on service performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.

Lead and manage a team of IT infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Coordinate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operations .

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure value for money and adherence to service standards.

Monitor vendor performance and address any issues as needed.

Oversee the resolution of incidents and problems related to IT infrastructure services.

Implement and manage escalation processes to ensure timely resolution.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Identify opportunities for improving service operations processes and infrastructure efficiency.

Implement best practices and new technologies to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.

Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains competitive .

Allocate resources effectively to meet service operations needs and project requirements.

Ensure IT infrastructure services comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

Manage risks associated with IT infrastructure, including data security and disaster recovery.

Required Competencies:

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services.

Proven experience in managing service delivery and vendor relationships.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience Requirements:

Experience: 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.

Education/Certification Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
