Position Highlights:

  • Rate:Starting at $17.20/hr

  • Eligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $4.57/hr (if benefits are declined)

  • Location: 700 Distribution Drive SW Atlanta, GA 30336

  • 1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prep, sort, and scan hard copy files to electronic images

  • Follow production procedures for document quality control and document indexing

  • Complete internal documentation and tracking

  • Maintain a clean work environment

Work Requirements:

  • Read, write, and communicate in English

  • Train on imaging process for high-capacity scanning

  • Have proven basic computer knowledge

  • Remove staples and sort, file, and box records

  • Reassemble and sequence documents after scanning

  • Understand and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy

  • Work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work

  • Accepting of change and long durations of project assignments

Physical Requirements (lifting/standing/sitting):

  • Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required.

  • Walking 80% for outbound.

  • Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of:

  • 10-29 lbs. Frequently

  • 30-40 lbs. Occasionally

  • 40 lbs+ Rarely
