Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Help Desk Technician, The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365 to provide efficient technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system

• Troubleshoot and support Active Directory and Office 365-related issues

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory

• Provide assistance with Office 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

• Document and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff

  Requirements

Experience with Active Directory (user management, group policies)

Strong knowledge of Office 365 (administration and troubleshooting)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Previous help desk or technical support experience
