Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? We are seeking experienced healthcare recruiters for a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Hospital. You will be responsible for finding and placing healthcare professionals into jobs at hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc. You will work with a wide range of positions—from doctors to nurses to physical therapists and also sourcing for non-clinical positions —and you will help ensure that these professionals are placed in an environment where they can do their best work. Responsiblities:

• Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications and interest in the position

• Representing client interests by negotiating with candidates to reach agreement on compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment

• Coordinating the administrative aspects of hiring new employees, including processing paperwork, verifying credentials, and scheduling orientations

• Reviewing applicants' resumes and interviewing applicants for open positions

• Identifying prospective candidates for jobs based on client requests and job requirements
