The Gathering Spot is a fast past and innovative company known for hosting boundary-pushing events and experiences for its members. The Gathering Spot is seeking a Head of Engagement to oversee The Gathering Spot's communications and programming efforts to drive club engagement across locations.

• Project management skills to manage multiple deliverables and timelines

  Job Duties:

• Manage a national team of Communication Specialists and Member Event Planners in driving member engagement through boundary-pushing events and marketing

• Leading, Developing, and Monitoring Brand & Voice of The Gathering Spot

• Tracking and driving Execution of Deliverables Across communications & marketing department 

• Manage a team of Member Event planners through creative process to align efforts towards company wide strategies and objectives

• Ensure the execution of member events across locations meets set brand standards

• Serving as a cross-departmental liaison to lead engagement initiatives that touch various other departments
