"Our financial client is seeking a Head of Product to join their executive team and inspire engineers, product managers, and designers to lead new innovation and user-centric initiatives focused on real-estate investment. This is a fully remote role based in Atlanta. The client is seeking a Head of Product with experience in three main areas: - minimum 10 years Tech Product Management experience- launching and scaling consumer-faced products- high degree of financial literacyHead of Product Responsibilities:- Develop and communicate the product strategy,direction, and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market trends.- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.- Lead user-centric initiatives, engaging product designs that reflect the needs and desires of users through research- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and other teams to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and drive product success.- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to continuously iterate on products, driving improvements and optimizing performance.Head of Product Experience: - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or related field.- Minimum 10 years in tech product management and development, with leadership experience.- Success in launching and scaling consumer-facing products, emphasizing design and innovation.- High degree of financial literacy, comfortable with basic concepts related to building and managing a personal portfolio of investments in public and private market securities- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Mentor and inspire teamsOur client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
