Game Producer, Cultural Advisor (Asian Themes)

(1) Manage product schedules and requirements to implement desired features; (2) Supervise development cycle to solve issues that hamper development progress; (3) Evaluate Asian themed games validating Asian cultural themes and advise of improvements and provide approval for development; (4) Develop and maintain Asian themed style guides; (5) Manage Partnership among different departments; (6) Assess and analyze project data and provide solutions to improve team performance; (7) Define game development process and capture industry trends at large; (8) Create development plan for timelines and resources; (9) Evaluate, oversee, and mitigate potential risks in development; (10) Create reports, maintain documentations and versions for game projects using project management and version control tools; (11) Conduct conflict management in game development; (12) Communicate as mediator between development disciplines and upper management. Bachelors degree in Entertainment Technology, Engineering, Game Technology, or a related field (or foreign equivalent). 2 years experience in job offered or as Producer, Associate Game Producer, or any combination thereof. Must have 2 years experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in the following: Cultural diversity programs; Shipping five or more major game titles at Producer level; Game development in an internal development Production role; Production methodologies. Must have working knowledge of: Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Unity Engine; Project management and version control software tools.
