Email Marketing Specialist

Role:

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and revenue through effective email campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing email marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across multiple audiences

• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action

• Manage email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)

• Analyze email campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization

• A/B test email elements to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

• Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing email templates

• Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing

• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices

• Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms

• Excellent writing and editing skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and organized
