KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ability to managing the scrum processes, help product owner to maintain product backlogs and drive Agile ceremonies

• Ability to coach Agile practices to project individuals and customer processes

• Track project performance, and setup collaboration across stakeholders towards ensuring project success.

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets and changes thereof

• Perform risk management to minimize risks and help resolve project issues in a timely manner

Required Skills:

• 12-15 years overall experience with 8 years of project/program management experience, with experience managing End-to-End D365 CE implementation projects

• Sound project management experience and ability to develop project plans, monitor and track progress using appropriate project management tools and techniques

• Should possess knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM D365 in multiple areas- Sales (primary), and supplementary- Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills- written and verbal

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Ensuring compliance with Capgemini and client standards and contract terms.
