KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Organization Change Management Senior that leads the transformation with business nominated Change Agents

• Responsible for stakeholder analysis, driving alignment with the program vision, ensure stakeholder engagement

• Develops integrated OCM roadmap in alignment with implementation plan

• Develop change experience plans to help stakeholders move through their change journeys, and create the right experience to accelerate the adoption of change

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform

Required Skills:

• Leads communication to ensure awareness of stakeholders and user communities on the program, progress, new features and functionalities to ensure that they are well-informed

• Identify the type and magnitude of changes and their impact to develop effective change interventions

• Perform user skills assessment, learning content development and training delivery
