TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Director Procurement COE- Center of Excellence in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for building and leading a transformational Center of Excellence that underpins world-class procurement and supply chain at TKE. This includes leading and empowering a strong and focused team within the COE, enabling latest procurement technology with core processes, systems and continuous improvement, supplier performance management, facilitating excellent stakeholder engagement and developing all necessary foundations that allows procurement and supply chain to bring value and continually evolve towards our transformation agenda.

This position requires in-depth expertise, strategic thinking, advisory, and ability to opportunities into outcomes, to drive the transformation of the procurement and supply chain function at TKE. In this role you will report into the VP, Procurement and Supply Management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for creating a best in class COE systems, processes and tools with top talent team for $1B vendor spend (direct and indirect), over 150 NA branches, and manufacturing facility as well. Drive strategic transformation of TKE COE into a "Fit-for-Future" operating model in close cooperation with our manufacturing facility, our branches and our corporate business partners. Enforce the creation and use of agreed templates and standards and educate the community on process excellence techniques while assisting on problem resolution. Design and implement supplier performance management and claim management: a KPI based model that accurately defines, measures and improves risk and performance using QBRs and Supplier Scorecard Increased value creation through the delivery of goods and services in accordance with contracted service levels, performance management, ESG initiatives, innovation, category management and strategy standards Develop and manage organizational Reporting and Analytics capabilities, delivering dashboards on metrics such as but not limited to Savings, Spend, Productivity, and Key Performance Indicators. Build a future-forward vision that spans across people, processes, and systems, focused on continuous improvement and automation. Act as a champion for change that can act decisively to drive decisions, while demonstrating agility to support the evolution of business needs Strategy, Planning, and Performance: designs process and guides Procurement leaders in development of vision, strategy, planning and performance management and monitoring. Governance: policies, procedures, tools, and templates, including design of controls to monitor and intervene in key compliance risk areas Supplier Risk Management: defines framework of key supplier risks, risk owners and their risk assessment/qualification/monitoring controls Procurement Technology: procurement technology roadmap to guide the selection, enhancements, and utilization of technology, including SAP, ORACLE, Jaggaer, data analytics tools, etc. Contract Management: establish requirements within the contracts management process and tool. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): supplier lifecycle management including supplier performance reviews, qualification and risk management requirements, communications, change management, and ESG.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor s degree required. Post-bachelor s degree designation preferred (MBA, CPA, etc.) Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field. Certifications in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, operations management or process improvement would be highly beneficial (SCMP/CPSM/Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, etc.) 10 years Center of Excellence (COE) Procurement progressive responsibility and transformations. Best in-class COE procurement and supply chain experience; governance (policies, procedures, tools, templates, dat , performance, KPIs), procurement process redesign, process adherence and improvement Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives and programs, including but not limited to the execution of major tool/system implementations, automation efforts, end user training and communication, continuous improvement initiatives etc. Excellent planning and organization skills and business judgment, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects and anticipate the impact of decisions/initiatives. Demonstrated project management skills with ability to drive consensus in cross regional and cross functional teams, as subject matter expert focused on s business solutions approach. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and seasoned experience with project implementations, timelines, deliverables and change management from internal customers and stakeholders. Ability to clearly identify what success looks like for deliverables, articulate messages to relevant stakeholders and executive leadership in a timely manner Strong proficiency in procurement systems and organizational interfaces, structuring of complex projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Outlook.
