Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with computer hardware, imaging, and Office 365 support. This role is crucial in ensuring that our end-users receive timely and effective support for their IT needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide front-line technical support for end-users, addressing issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking. Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems and applications. Manage and execute system imaging and deployment processes to ensure consistent and efficient setup for new and existing devices. Support Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other O365 services. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in our support processes. Document and track issues and resolutions using our ticketing system to maintain accurate records. Provide training and guidance to end-users to help them effectively use IT resources and tools. Requirements Proven experience in a desktop support role with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software. Hands-on experience with system imaging and deployment tools. Proficiency in supporting Office 365 applications and services. Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified detail oriented) are a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
