Responsibilities: Assist the Program Manager with day to day operations of the program. Responsible for development and tracking of internal and client required metrics of the program. Lead a variety of meetings both internal and external. Responsible for leading the creation, monitoring, and analyzing of project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice and client requirements. Responsible for leading the tracking, analyzing, and reporting of information appropriately to allow the project manager to manage their projects and evaluate regular reports. Ensure accuracy of project schedules. Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reporting. Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity. Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date. Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects. Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans. Lead the coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the PM and Controls Group to ensure resolution. Manage transportation projects through the GDOT PDP process. Performs other job responsibilities as assigned. Attend training as needed and appropriate, to understand changing client and Gresham Smith requirements.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology or related field and 15 years of job-related experience required. Prefer 5 years of program management experience with GDOT, but not required. Professional Engineer, P.E. certification is preferred, but not required. May be required to have additional experience for some assignments GDOT project experience is preferred.
