Hyatt Cook 4 - Banquet Kitchen in ATLANTA, Georgia

Description:

In-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in the banqquet kitchen and assist in other areas of the kitchen - food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Good Communication skills required.

  • 2 years minimimal previous line andfine dining experience preferred.

  • ability to stand and walk for 8 hours work shift.

  • ability to lift and pull various weighted equipment

  • Able to work moststations of the kitchen

  • flexible to work holidays and weekends
