Major Responsibilities
As a Construction Assistant Project Manager, you’ll assist in coordinating and managing construction projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Working closely with the Superintendent and project teams, you’ll help maintain budgets, schedules, and high-quality standards. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Keep customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams informed on project progress.
Budget & Compliance Management: Maintain budgets, ensure profitability, and adhere to all company protocols and safety policies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure service quality meets the highest company standards and industry best practices.
Site Safety Oversight: Develop and enforce Site Safety Plans, conduct Toolbox Meetings, and participate in safety investigations.
Background Requirements
Experience: Background in construction project management, with knowledge of workflow procedures and industry standards.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of the insurance industry (a plus).
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel as business needs arise.
Driving Record: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
