Job Summary

As the Catering Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering and events, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This role involves managing a dedicated team, fostering client relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and execution of both internal and external catering events.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive catering marketing plan, including event planning services and customized menu development.

• Hire, train, and schedule staff, while continuously developing their skills in service techniques, menu presentation, and adherence to policies and procedures.

• Ensure the smooth operation of catering functions, including managing labor and food costs, preparation, transportation, event setup, execution, and post-event cleanup.

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (required).

• 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a management role (preferably in Catering Management).

• Strong background in menu selection, pricing, contract negotiation, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment.

• Proven ability to oversee food preparation, service, and event cleanup
