Robert Half Business Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be tasked with coordinating activities, leading projects, and assisting in the digitization of administrative workflows. You will also be expected to support end-users through training and sharing best practices, while also managing various IT/IS business process projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities both within the team and in alignment with other departments

• Lead and manage projects for continuous improvement of administrative processes

• Assist in identifying, mapping out, and digitizing administrative workflows across the organization

• Support end-users through the provision of training and sharing best practices

• Manage various business process IT/IS projects, acting as a change leader when needed

• Work closely with consulting partners to ensure a stable and functional environment for end users

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to enhance business processes

• Apply knowledge in AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document to improve claim administration

• Act as a project lead for improvement initiatives

• Handle other special projects and related duties as assigned Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Experience with CRM systems

• Proven skills in Gap Analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with AB Testing

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Understanding of the manufacturing industry
