Description

We are inviting applications for an Agile Coach to join our team based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is in the healthcare industry and provides a long-term employment opportunity. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and leading a Cohort, facilitating Cohort events, managing product roadmaps, removing systemic impediments, and fostering collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate various Cohort events, including Cohort Increment Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Solution Demo, and Cohort Inspect & Adapt

• Develop dashboards to provide squads with roll-up metrics for program-level reporting

• Actively remove or facilitate the removal of systemic impediments at the Cohort level

• Collaborate with Solution owners and Delivery Managers to ensure awareness of Total Cost of Ownership and balance the prioritization of technical debt and SRT fixes

• Facilitate the integration of Squad’s Increment within the Cohort

• Guide Agile Team Facilitators on impediment removal

• Foster positive relationships and collaboration with the Business Product Manager and Product Owner

• Encourage interactions and collaboration within the team to foster value delivery

• Teach and coach on visual management practices

• Help the organization towards empiricism and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Agile Scrum and other Agile practices

• Proficiency in using JIRA and Power BI

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Solid understanding of software development processes

• Ability to create dashboards and other reporting tools

• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor team members

• Experience with planning and prioritization in an Agile environment

• Knowledge of risk management principles and practices

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and ability to scale out

• Experience in workstation support and collaboration

• Ability to understand and apply collection processes

• Demonstrable experience in metric reporting

• Knowledge of healthcare.gov would be advantageous

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices

• Ability to manage and track progress effectively
