The World's Leading Beverage company is seeking project coordinators to help support a special project team supporting new data privacy laws. Project coordinators will conduct outbound calls and/or email communication to gather information in support of consumer services. In this role, the select candidate will work with project managers and other levels of leadership to compile all applicable data within a certain time frame, ultimately meeting and exceeding budgetary guidelines. It requires independence, excellent work ethic, a high regard for accountability as an individual contributor and a commitment to the overall business goals. Utilize system reporting tools to acquire consumer requests and developing spreadsheets or reporting tools to help compile information submitted from other departments. This role may require contacting other departments and groups while monitoring their deadline and timeline to respond. Select candidate will also be responsible for independently resolving minor issues and escalating any that may have profound impact on overall project goals and timelines. Ability to work with little supervision, reporting up to leaders on weekly progress points to continue driving project to completion month over month. Applicable candidates should have flexible demeanor, as this role is a developing role, but disciplined and professional; ability to operate in large database systems, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access based database systems. Customer Service is critical as obtaining information from others is the name of the success game! currently 100% work-from-home and unfortunately, negotiations are not available at this time. This is a temporary assignment, but opportunity for permanent placement and advancement is still available. If you are a detail oriented, time-line driven, and project focused professional- immediately! Skills Advanced understanding of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Quickbase Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a high-pressure environment is essential Excellent analytical and detail oriented Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills

salary: $19.5 - $19.51 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Account coordinators will manage individual accounts and work with their own group of clients and sales members.

Duties will include

  • Outbound calls to coordinate service details

  • Document/Log conversations and inquiries with customers

  • Work Closely with sales teams to assist clients

  • Organize workload to reach individual project milestones

  • Run necessary reports to detail updates on progress with necessary installation or shipment schedules
