Position Summary
The Research Program Assistant will serve as the project coordinator and provide support for multiple grant funded projects related to diabetes and cardiovascular disease. This position will be responsible for coordinating communication among teams and external partners. They will maintain and monitor the progress of projects and provide monthly reports for successes and barriers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide research and programmatic support by planning and coordinating research programming activities including team meetings, community engagement, and sharing resources.
Maintain and monitor project tracking documents, reporting documents, measurement tools (e.g. Qualtrics), and other assigned duties (e.g. clerical tasks).
Communicate regularly with PI’s, Investigators, Key Personnel, and external partners, as well as attend scheduled meetings.
Provide monthly progress reports reporting successes and barriers for projects.
Assist with other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree.

Advertised Salary:
The approved hiring range for this position is $14.65 to $18.68. Offers outside of this range of subject to additional approvals. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience in relation to the minimum qualifications for the position.
