Job Description:

Data Entry & Export Operation Clerk _Koropi (13.00 -21.00)

Job Summary

This position processes international shipments in accordance to UPS and local government policies. It is performing tasks for the daily outbound shift/export operation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Customers' export cases

• Handle exception resolutions via direct communication with customers and internally with other involved departments

• Run Various reports :

• • Discrepancy Reports ( Pick up scans vs Outbound Scans)
• • Automated customers' shipments uploading Report
• • Low Values Manifest report for the Brokerage department

• Data entry of shipments information & of the "Return To Shipper" shipments

• Oversee the workflow of Data Entry activity performed from abroad

Qualifications:

• Certificate or University degree will be considered a plus (not essential)

• Limited Experience in similar industry will be considered a plus

• Very good Knowledge of Excel ( MS Office)

• Accurate typing

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

A flexible, friendly approach with a team spirit and can-do attitude

• Availability to work flexible shift hours - 13.00 -21.00
