As a Finance Manager in Greece, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • All the finance functions in the country, including Accounting & Reporting, Purchasing, Payroll, Tax, and Treasury.

  • Partnering with divisional business leaders and supporting decision-making processes, while ensuring financial discipline across the different business lines.

  • Driving the implementation of standard processes and controls in close collaboration with the Business and the Group Finance function.

  • Leading and managing the performance of the teams.

ARE YOU OUR KIND OF EXTRAORDINARY?

Your profile should combine solid technical finance expertise, problem-solving abilities, and stellar interpersonal skills. You should have an appetite for managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within a dynamic international environment.

Experience: Background in accounting and controlling roles in Greece, with initial success in team management, ideally within an international company. Audit background is a plus.

Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.

Languages: Proficiency in Greek and English is essential, as these will be your primary languages of communication. Additional languages are highly appreciated.

Technical knowledge (IT): Extensive knowledge of MS Office tools is required, with ideal candidates also having experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
