The position holds primary accountability for monitoring the Forecast vs replenishment, having two main goals: ensure forecast accuracy (Demand) and stock availability (Supply) optimizing stock levels for Balkan’s Markets (Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus).

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate who has attention to detail, good organizational skills, self-motivation, and an unwavering determination to succeed. This role demands adaptability and an enthusiasm for building relationships in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to foster connections with diverse individuals will be instrumental in achieving success.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast for 5 Brands in Balkans Affiliate: Greece, including Cyprus, Romania and Bulgaria.

  • Align Basic & New Product Launches execution horizon with plan and supply commit.

  • Responsible for 2m horizon for Saleable & total basic horizon for Non saleable

  • Execution Tracker tool to identify gaps in Orders vs Forecasting.

  • Build strong partnerships between Execution Planning, Product marketing and Sales.

  • Lead Excess Review process, collaborating with Sales & brand team to agree corrective actions. Control the excess in Local Distribution Center and Region Hubs.

  • Attend the Sales Drivers meetings with the region.

  • KPI monitor (Weight Forecast Accuracy, Attainment, Customer Service Level, Customer Fill Rate, Lost Sales, Lack of Orders).

Qualifications

  • Degree (Bachelor and/or MSc) in Supply Chain or Business Administration field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain management, especially in Demand and/or Supply planning would be considered an asset.

  • Excellent MS Office skills: particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Hands-on experience with systems such as planning ERP and reporting tools is mandatory.

  • Excellent oral & written communication in Greek & English is a requirement.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze multiple sources of data and to root cause problems.

  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate problem resolution, engaging with relevant stakeholders.
