Job Purpose:

Achieve personal sales objectives and support regional sales targets for registered products in alignment with company goals and values. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals (HCPs), evaluate interactions, and implement strategies to maintain, expand, and acquire customer relationships through both digital and physical channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sales and Activities Goal Setting:

  • Co-create and participate in setting sales and activity goals.

  • Execute visits to targeted HCPs for responsible products, integrating both physical and digital touchpoints.

  • Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct regular visits and digital engagements with HCPs to meet cyclical and annual sales plans.

  • Identify and engage non-HCP target groups according to established classification criteria.

  • Share detailed information on Sanofi products as per approved marketing strategies during interactions, ensuring ethical and accurate communication.

  • Promotional Compliance:

  • Utilize only approved and ethical promotional materials, ensuring alignment with company strategy and standards.

  • Organize meetings with HCPs, including face-to-face and online formats, and accurately record activities in electronic systems (ETMS).

  • Analytical Tools Utilization:

  • Employ OneCI and other analytical platforms to enhance sales outcomes through data-driven decision-making and personalized customer experiences.

  • Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge of responsible products and apply this information in compliance with legislation and internal regulations.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

  • Adhere to pharmacovigilance regulations and Sanofi’s quality standards for reporting defects.

  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate activity reports, leveraging ETMS as needed.

  • Regional Management:

  • Monitor and report regional activities to the Manager

  • Execute tasks assigned by the employer in accordance with the employment contract and job description.

  • Agile Work Approach:

  • Work within an Agile sub-organization group (HUB), assuming the role of a developer in the “Development Team.”

  • Deliver incremental value in each sprint, aligning with overall business goals.

  • Omnichannel Strategy:

  • In line with the CSE GenMed strategy, use the most suitable channels, formats, and timing for communication, integrating an omnichannel approach.

  • Event Participation:

  • Organize and participate in seminars and congresses related to assigned products, both in physical and virtual settings.

  • Representation and Confidentiality:

  • Represent Sanofi in accordance with its values, code of ethics, and strategy, maintaining confidentiality of non-public information and internal strategies.

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in promoting pharmaceutical products

Soft and technical skills:

  • Driving license

  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, internet, internal systems)

  • Result and customer orientation, dynamism, accuracy, diplomacy

  • Ability to work in matrix organization, team player

  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to build relationships across departments and functions and to support a collaborative working environment

  • Play to Win behaviors

Languages:

  • Fluent in Greek and advanced level of English (both verbal and written) would be a plus

Education:

  • University degree in Life Science (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medical, Bioengineering, etc.) would be a plus
