WTW CEEMEA Service Delivery Lead in Athens, Greece

The Role

  • Provide leadership & direction to the team responsible for implementing technology solutions to support regionally unique business requirements by collaborating with CRB segment level technology functions and regional business teams.

  • Responsible for business engagement to understand and represent the regional needs to CRB technology organization.

  • Align with Service Management lead for Service management activates in the region

  • Ensure that the regional applications and information needs are met by working closely with central engineering, analytics or information management teams.

  • Collaborate with regional operations and change management teams to implement strategic CRB capabilities in the respective regions.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop proposals as means of obtaining buy-in, approval and funding for technology solutions.

  • Budget planning and expense management including resource management.

  • Ensure compliance with IT Audit practices and procedures in the region

  • Collaborate with external vendors for software solutions, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure service level agreements are met.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, computer science or related field is required.

  • 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or service delivery functions with at least 8 years experience in leadership roles.

  • Should have good spoken and written English language skills that is needed for Global communication. For CEEMEA – good spoken and written French language skills in addition to English, would be an added advantage.

  • Leadership skills especially in organizing and implementing cross-departmental programs, projects, meetings and activities.

  • Experienced in engaging, managing and influencing challenging stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment towards achieving a common vision or goal

  • Excellent people and relationship management skills

  • Ability to manage and implement complex projects/ programs.

  • Candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities and be a team player.

  • Proven track record in building and maintaining high performing teams.
