Oracle BRM Application Development & Support Junior Consultant in ATHENS, Greece

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Development, support, maintenance, and implementation of a complex project module

  • Operate BRM tools like Pricing Centre; Customer Centre; Payment Tool; Collection Configuration Centre

  • Technical aspects on BRM product implementation and customization with a specific focus on Price plan, Pipeline rating, Discounting and various frameworks

  • Upgrade within different BRM versions

  • Account structure and hierarchy with Customer lifecycle management

  • Provisioning Services

  • Loading Rated Events (UEL)

  • Configuring and Running Billing

  • Designing and Generating Invoices

  • Managing Accounts Receivable

  • Configuring and Collecting Payments

  • Integrating BRM with Middleware (AIA/OSB) through both JCA and WSM (Web Service Manager)

  • OPCODE customization and customization of various facility modules

What You'll Bring

  • Good understanding of the BSS Domain, business trends and needs of the Communications Service Provider in the Billing Domain

  • Good hands-on Linux commands and writing SQL queries

  • GIT Repository management code/configuration/document i.e. repository management using GIT

  • Well-versed in writing Multi-Threaded Applications (MTA)

  • Shell scripting/Perl scripting

  • Eagerness to work and learn in challenging situations and willingness to change the status quo

  • Building domain knowledge and technical skills to reach levels of expertise

  • Be ready to work on holidays or weekends, occasionally if the need arises

  • Good communication skills to participate in discussions with business and solution architects, and express articulately

  • Should be ready to work at Onsite or Offshore as the need arises

1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
