Endless Pools, located in Aston, Pa is looking for an outgoing Customer Service Representative. Monday - Thursday - 9:00am - 6:00pm; Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative at our headquarters in Aston, PA. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for technical support. This position answers all phone calls dealing with installation, problems, maintenance, and ordering parts. This position understands the technical aspects of our products and is able to answer customer questions and provide instructions over the phone.

Read, write and understand the English language

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Excellent customer service skills

The ideal candidate is bi-lingual - fluent in English/Mandarin or English/French.

The ideal candidate has customer service background

Good phone communication skills are a must.
