Position Summary
The candidate will have the opportunity to be part of the Nespresso Operational team;
She/He will support the team in optimizing After Sales KPIs for machine maintenance and repair for B2C/B2B and logistic processes;
You will support the team in the day-by-day activities in the management of technical problems of both B2B and B2C customers, aiming to guarantee the best service level;

Manage the interventions prioritization according to requirements (insufficient stock situation, urgencies, etc.), providing proactive feedback to internal stakeholders;
Managing and monitoring customer interventions through management systems in order to ensure perfect business execution;
Support new projects related to improve level’s inventory balance’s governance with system enhancement, supported by IT;
Automatize analysis on Machines Performances and Costs management;
Support 3P (Third Party) in daily management: stock reconciliation, intervention management and inbound-outbound processes;
Ensure communication and collaboration with other functional departments (Customer Service, Sales, Logistic, etc.) and between 3Ps for a quick reaction to urgencies or issues;
Maintain and improve a KPI dashboard, identify and propose new KPI to address trends and performance, highlight and anticipate possible issues;

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;
Good communication skills;
Positive forward-looking mindset and team spirit;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (macro), PowerPoint, Power BI;
Fluent in English;
