We are seeking applicants to help expand our Advertising Sales Department.

We are a well-established and family-oriented company that has been serving the community for over 145 years. Offering a well-established current client base along with great potential for growth and expansion.

The OUTSIDE SALES position offers salaried pay + commission and paid mileage reimbursement. Work schedule is a set Monday through Friday from 830am to 5pm with occasional business to business networking events outside of those hours (advance notice provided). Paid holidays and PTO accrual begins on the first day of employment. Healthcare offered with employer contribution and company match IRA.

On a day-to-day basis our Advertising Sales Representatives are required to complete paperwork and emails in office as well as drive and meet with 25+ businesses per day, within their designated territory, to discuss upcoming advertising opportunities in our group of local community newspapers and special publications throughout the year.

Applicants must be self-motivated and driven to succeed, have a safe & reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, outstanding work ethic, be punctual and have good time management abilities, exhibit strong organizational skills, and be incredibly personable.

Sales experience is not required for this position.

Professional appearance and business casual attire is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00+ per year
