Hometown Credit Union is looking for a full-time Internal Auditor in our Ashley, ND branch. The successful applicant will possess a thorough knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations with sound independent judgment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Review departments, programs, and services at Hometown Credit Union
• Coordinate audits with all external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Prepare and present reports that reflect the audits results and document process
• Identify and review key internal control points in operating systems and review for adequacy and effectiveness
• Report to Board, Supervisory Committee and Management

Three years of work experience in finance, accounting or auditing is preferred. We are looking for an individual with high attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
