Pay: $20.00-24.00/hour (overtime available)

Job Description:

Hard Skills:

• Proficient in TIG welding within 1-4G positions, working with low gauge (19-22) stainless steel and aluminum.

• Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols to determine the sequence and methods for assembling components.

• Knowledgeable in operating welding and cutting equipment, including bandsaws, plasma cutters, and punchers.

• Skilled in trimming, filing, grinding, sanding, deburring, buffing, and smoothing surfaces using hand tools and portable power tools.

• Competent in laying out and marking dimensions and reference lines on materials, applying knowledge of shop math and layout techniques.

• Able to work weekends as required.

Weld Test:

• Perform a fillet weld on two pieces of 16-gauge sheet stock with a plate behind it, maintaining a 1/8" gap.

Math & Measuring:

• Proficient in reading a ruler to 1/16th of an inch.

Work Environment:

• Indoor setting.

Shift:

· 2nd- 3:30pm- 2am
