Job Summary: The Customer service representative helps support customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services we offer. Process order prepares correspondence and fulfills customers' needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Supports the mission and values of BTPS and follows all housekeeping and safety requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: Answer publisher phone calls and email inquiries. Assist publishers with account management site. Assist publishers with accounting questions. Facilitate the uploading and processing of orders for publishers. Coordinate large and/or rush shipments for publishers with shipping and order entry. Ensure order entry team is advise on special discounts, special customers, ect. For all publishers. Review low stock and back-order reports. Required Skills/Abilities: 1-year related experience with customer services, technical support or inside sales Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication capabilities and experience required. Business, commercial understanding. Problem solving and conflict management skills required. Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills including a high level of phone professionalism. Proficient with Microsoft office suite and excel. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in purchasing and procurement or related field.
