ManpowerGroup Patient Care Coordinator in Ashland, Kentucky

Manpower is seeking a bright enthusiastic and self-driven Patient Care Coordinator associate to join our client's team!

Pay: starting at $13

What will you do?

  • Keyholder for Monday-Friday business, open, maintain, and close the office daily

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing patients

  • Schedule/confirm appointments for patients

  • Call insurance companies to check hearing benefits

  • Note/Update patient files and database

  • Order office supplies

  • Process orders and payments

  • Educate hearing impaired individuals on the importance of our services

  • Multitasking between multiple websites to maximize productivity efficiently - Offer a first-class patient experience via phone and in person

  • Keep office clean and organized.
